Woolley Brothers (Wholesale Meats) in Sheffield have successfully implemented the NOUVEM boning hall and sales system.

  

Killing in excess of 1000 cattle per week, Woolley Brothers Ltd, Sheffield needed a system to meet the changing demands of a very modern meat processor.  

NOUVEM is now installed on 20+ stations, streamlining processes across sales, dispatch, accounts and production.

 

NOUVEM was the perfect fit to enable Woolleys to take advantage of changing Customer requirements including bar-coding, customer specific reporting and labelling.  With phase 1 complete, work has already begun on implementing phase 2,  which will see the NOUVEM solution rolled out to the abattoir.  The final solution will include full factory-wide integration giving managers the tools and insight to facilitate sound decision making across the entire business.
