It gives us great pleasure to welcome Davison’s Canners & Puddings onboard as a new customer, Northern Ireland’s finest dessert manufacturer known in the industry for their scrumptious brand “Simply Puddings” from delightful sticky toffee puddings to an old time favourite bread and butter puddings.
The product range that Davison’s manufacture on site now includes a wide variety of hot eat desserts for retail and foodservice and a range of ingredients for further food manufacturing, such as sweet fruity jams, fruit compotes, sauces and bakery fillings. They tell us that new product development drives their growth. They use only the finest ingredients, including fruit grown on their own orchards, and cook all their puddings, sauces and jams in small batches to ensure they are to the highest of quality. They match the quality of a homemade product.
From apple harvesting beginnings the Davison family have grown dramatically over the past forty years. With the product range diversifying and the factory and site facilities expanding and with this substantial growth came the need to digitize data collection and factory-based controls and this is where NOUVEM came into play.
We are delighted to be implementing their chosen multi-phase NOUVEM Food Production Software Solution throughout Davison’s state of the art AA* BRC certified factory facilities.
