Based in South Wales, UK Terry’s Patisserie are an independent family run food manufacturing business established in 2011.  Specialising in producing and supplying a range of high quality award winning fresh and frozen desserts.

Their ambition is to supply desserts that contain identity and are of distinguishable quality, everything from Tarts & Tortes, Pies & Puddings to Gateaux’s and Cheesecakes.   A company with multiple Great Taste Accreditations for their bespoke bakery solutions.

We are delighted to be implementing the NOUVEM Food Production Software Solution throughout Terry’s Patisserie SALSA certified food production unit.

It was very important to Terrys that they found a Food Software provider that they felt they could build a long term relationship with.  From the first point of contact NOUVEM understood Terry’s processes, afforded sufficient time and patience to understand each stage.     NOUVEM listened!

NOUVEM were able to breakdown how Terry’s processes would translate into the system – speaking their language – no IT jargon!  They have total confidence in the NOUVEM team to support them fully with both the back office software and with the factory floor data capture and data reporting functionality.

Flexibility of the software was key to Terrys.  Terry’s needed a system that was highly configurable, with the ability to adapt to their manufacturing and food service processes.

Terry’s liked the simplistic user interface, how easy it is to use and its ability to integrate to their existing accounts package.  Integration with EDI and other software was also very important.  Of the three software companies that Terry’s evaluated Terrys found the NOUVEM Food Processing Software Solution the most innovative and the easiest to understand.  Terry’s found competing factory management software solutions very confusing and clunky in comparison.
