We are delighted to announce that Bombay Pantry have completed a digital transformation, implementing the NOUVEM food processing Software into their Bord Bia approved facility in Kilcoole in Co. Wicklow.

 

Bombay Pantry award winning manufacturers of Indian cuisine chose NOUVEM as their preferred business system solution provider to manage both the office and factory; a fully integrated solution.

After twenty years of trading, employing 145 staff, Bombay Pantry products are available nationwide through some of Ireland’s largest multiples including Dunnes Stores, Centra & SuperValu as well as seven Bombay Pantry owned Indian food-to-go shops in the greater Dublin area with dishes such as Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalfrezi.

The NOUVEM Software Solution is now assisting Bombay Pantry with everything from Sales Order Processing, Generation of Invoices to Production Planning, Recipe Management, Material Requirements Planning, Mass Balance, Costings Management, Integration to their existing accounts package (ZERO) and Integration to third party EDI providers.  They also have digitalized Purchasing, Goods Inwards, Yield Management, Factory Floor Data Capture, Data Recording, Stock Management, right through to Dispatch. Bombay now operate full digital traceability & HACCP compliance system throughout their food manufacturing plant.
